Dr. Manish Dholakia is a highly experienced professional with a remarkable 30 + years’ career spread across educational institutions and corporates. Throughout his journey, he has worked closely with entrepreneurs and has held prominent roles as a Dean, Administrator, Head of Department (HOD) in Human Resources. Presently he is COO with Sypram Technology Pvt. Ltd. Gandhinagar.
He has published couple of research articles in the area of consumer behaviour during his PhD and holds two Masters’ Degrees (MBA in Marketing from VNSGU Surat and M.Com in Management from GU, Ahmedabad) with background as a management & leadership trainer, speaker at events, mentor and advisor to SMEs.
His wealth of knowledge and leadership skills make him a valuable asset in fostering academic excellence and driving organizational growth. With a deep understanding of the educational landscape, Dr. Dholakia brings extensive expertise and a passion for shaping young minds.

Mr. Ghanshyam P. Naik is a first generation entrepreneur and Founder Chairman of Sypram Group of Companies, which he started in 2000 and currently offers various IT services & Software solutions. Armed with an Engineering degree, he completed his MBA in Operations Management from India, earned a Masters’ degree in Computer Science from London, UK and topped it off with a PMP (Project Management Professional) accolade from USA.
Mr. GP Naik has a rich experience of 30+ years as an entrepreneur in the B2B and B2C IT Solutions space including but not limited to providing state-of-the-art retail business automation and payment processing solutions and providing the after-sales support services. Handling a team of top-notch professionals across Sypram Group located in USA & India, he has built Sypram group businesses to a scale of thousands of customers worldwide.
His expertise areas include but are not limited to Designing & Development of complex business applications (especially in finance domain), Quality Control & Testing, building a world-class Customer Support Service, resolving business challenges through IT Solutions. He is widely travelled across the globe, possesses keen business acumen with exceptional strategic business planning and has proven leadership skills.
